PARENT - CHILD CLASSES
(Ages: Infants of 6 to 36 months)
Provides an introduction to aquatics for parents and their babies. Swim skills are taught through games, songs, and interactive strategies.
PIKE (Ages: 3-5 years)
This is a a class for new or beginning swimmers. Basic paddle stroke, kicking skills and water safety will be taught. Children will begin to be comfortable with putting their face in the water, bubble blowing underwater and breath holding.
EEL (Ages: 3-5 years)
This isan advanced begginer level for children who are comfortable in the water. Students work on floating, the progressive paddle stroke, front, back, and side.
POLLIWOG (Ages: 6-12 years)
Students learn basic the paddle stroke and kicking.
GUPPY (Ages: 6-12 years)
Students are introduced to lead up skills like the front crawl, sidestroke, breaststroke and elementary backstroke.
MINNOW (Ages: 6-12 years)
Intermediate swimmers who are beyond GUPPY levels.

AQUAROBICS
This 60 minute class gives you a great workout without the joint stress found in traditional arobic classes.
ARTHRITIS H2O
This 60 minute class is in our warm water pool and is designed to provide a good workout.
DEEP WATER AROBICS
A 60 minute workout held in the deep end of our large pool. Overall, a great cardio and fitness class.
